2016

District Founded

Dan Cory launched the district with a straightforward goal: build a team that actually delivers for clients, not just at enrollment, but every year after. Rocky Mountain Enrollment Solutions was established as a Colonial Life Independent Agent operation.

2018

First District of the Year Award

Within two years, the district earned its first District of the Year recognition for Colorado and Wyoming, a reflection of the team's commitment to client retention and enrollment quality.

2019

Broker Partnership Program Built Out

We formalized our approach to broker relationships, building a co-enrollment model that lets brokers offer Colonial Life voluntary benefits to their clients without adding operational burden to their team.

2020 to 2021

Virtual Enrollment Capabilities Launched

When the world shifted, we were ready. We launched full virtual enrollment capabilities, keeping employees connected to their benefits counselors regardless of where they were working.

2022

Technology Integration Expanded

We built out our technology-flexible enrollment model: the ability to work inside a client's existing HR platform or deploy our own customized system. No client gets left behind on tech.

2023 to 2024
